I stayed at this hotel while I was traveling out of state for storm response work. The room and the lobby were very clean, and even the elevators smelled like they had been freshly cleaned. In the morning, we went down a little early for breakfast and the employee working downstairs opened up the breakfast for us about 20 minutes early. Nice place guys, if I'm in town again in the future I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel is exceptional and very unique! They had a full hot breakfast which exciting was wonderful minus the turkey sausage. The bacon was crispy, the rooms were spacious and clean, they had a nice workout facility, a better laundry facility, nice pool with a wheelchair ramp (which I thought was awesome!). They have a convenience store area which theirs had an interesting array of items,however, the only thing that would have made it better was different flavors of the soups! We love them! And ice cream pints !! Their sitting area where you have breakfast or chat was very nice and the staff were too! 5 stars all around!

Had a weekend stop in Spring area visiting family and this place was in a great area. The service from Julie was just awesome. Rooms were very clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The breakfast I had only one of the mornings but it was really good and super fresh. I will definitely come back to this location when visiting again!

What a horrible experience we had at this hotel on 10/26/2024. We checked in around 5 pm after a funeral, we left then came back around 1:30 am, went to our room, I went back to our truck 30 minutes later to find someone backed in next to us with their lights on, as I got closer I heard a window breaking, and when he either was notify by someone that I came out of the back door heading that way he hurry and got back in his vehicle, as I passed in front of him in his car I noticed that it was our vehicle window he broke, when I stop he took off almost hitting me, he broke our back passenger window complete out and bent the door frame. I called 911 and went inside to tell the receptionist what had happen and she seemed not to really care and said that they are not responsible for what happens outside in their parking lot. I asked her if they had other vehicles broken in and she said no, and I told her that there is broken window glass on the ground in multi parking spot. She claimed she knew nothing about that. When the cop showed up, the first thing he said they had break-ins at that hotel all the time, he said he worked on Saturday morning in the same spot we were in, he said they suggested that they need to hire a security guard to patrol their parking lot to stop the break-ins, but he said so far they failed to do so. I’m not sure if he broke in to steal the truck or to look and see if we had anything to steal, we left nothing in the truck. We couldn’t stay there because our window was completely busted out and we asked for a refund and she said we needed to call Monday and speak to the manager, which I did and told her what happened, and she said this happens all over Houston (we were in Spring TX at the Holiday Inn not Houston) and they are not responsible, and we cannot get our refund. So now we are out of $150.00 for the room that we did not stay in and now have a deductible to come up with to get our truck and window fixed. We had to drive 4 hours to get back home with a cardboard taped in the window. THIS IS A VERY UNSAFE HOTEL TO STAY AT….

Everything in the room was working properly and in good order! The nice man who checked us in corrected an issue with our special requests and we received a room that was exactly what we needed! We enjoyed our stay!

The lady at the front desk on 3/24 at 3 AM had the worst customer service I’ve ever had at an establishment. My reservation I paid for online wasn’t honored and she told me o was marked as a no show? When the room was paid for? And she was running an audit at 3AM on a Saturday and couldn’t confirm my confirmation number I had? So I had to pay for 2 hotel rooms tonight because they don’t honor third party reservations or cancel it even though you paid for it then the front desk will have an attitude when you have a few simple questions about your reservation. Stay far away from this place if you want a smooth check in process or nice hotel stay

The stay great. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was but the pillows were not my favorite. Loved the mini fridge and microwave. Loved loved loved all the different Dove products used in the bathroom. The gym was also nice and comfortable to use.

I stay at a lot of hotels and I can say this hotel was a very clean and nicely updated Holiday Inn Express. The check in staff was so friendly and helpful which seems to becoming more rare these days. This will be my go to hotel when I travel to the area.
