Went for drinks & appetizer on a Saturday afternoon. Surprisingly quite busy. They had us at a table quickly but our server was busy. The hostess noticed and came over and took our order. I was very impressed, think that’s the first time we’ve ever had that happen at any dining establishment.

My To Go Order Was On Point. The Cashier Was Friendly & Informative. I Will Definitely Order Take Out Or Dine In From The Chili's Arcadia Location In The Near Future. Food Is Excellent

Great service and food and at reasonable price. Our waitress had a whole section to herself but still gave us the attention we needed. Will be coming back for sure

I went last night for dinner. There was a waiting list. We were told it was going to be 15 to 20 minutes thought it was a little weird that the hostesses little sister was helping her with her job however after sitting there for roughly 5 minutes another couple walked in one of the servers walked over and said are you on the list yet and they said no and she said that's okay come this way and she took him to a high top in the bar meanwhile the lobby was full there was people standing outside as well I thought this was an incredibly rude as the rest of us were waiting I said something to the hostess and she just simply Shrugged her shoulders I've been a Hostess before what that server did was wrong and it was wrong for the hostess not to say anything about the waiting list we sat there for a little while longer then we got a table with a absolutely fantastic server and I'm sorry but I don't remember her name she gave great service however the kitchen she ended up having them refire the food because they did not cook it correctly the first time the quality that I got on the rushed refire was not the same quality as the first plate of food that was not able to be eaten because of having to wait longer for the table and for the food to get refried we ended up having to take it to go because we did not have any more time to spend there at the restaurant as we had some place to be this all started just before 7:00 p.m. and because of having to wait even longer for a table because that server took people ahead of us that was not on the list and the kitchen screwed up the cook on my original order I did not get to eat at the restaurant and did not even get to eat the refire until almost 11:00 at night complete waste of money by the time I was able to eat it was actually kind of gross the pasta had absorbed all of the sauce

Got 2 alcohol drinks or should I say full glasses of ice & juice. What a disgrace for the prices you pay. Talked with the woman who made them & she said she could remake them but with no alcohol only juice & less ice. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! Had the honey chipotle chicken & it was so salty I could hardly eat it & I love salt. Hubby had the fajitas they looked good. Server was nice but took over 30min for food. Over all we wont be back.

Fajitas! After the hurricane we had no modern conveniences. We found really kind people hot food, and excellent service at Chili's. Thank you thank you thank you.

Excellent service and food. Our waitress, Beth, even showed us how to find the gluten free food items on the menu via the touch screen device on the table. Beth was very attentive and this is one of the best Chili restaurants we have been to from quality of food to excellence of service.

Typical Chili's pretty much. Love the chips and salsa... Just wish you didn't have to do that weird thing with the loyalty program to get those. Today I had the double burger lunch combo (fries and small house salad). The burger was good, but small by comparison to other restaurants... However, it was sufficiently sized to fill me up for sure but not put me into a food coma when I went back to work.
