Mac is a great guy, very respectful & On time. Prices are reasonable, ( for someone who use to take a taxi everyday for a year to Amazon in KCMO) Pretty cool actually, I am not the best with accents; but he has a cool accent. 🙂 anyways, I’d highly suggest this dude. ?

I had really great experience with this taxi service. The driver picked me up on time and was very polite and helpful. I was in Manhattan for a meeting and had to stay in a motel for a few days. I used the same taxi for my entire stay at Manhattan and the driver also dropped me to the airport early in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend this taxi.

Yall this taxi was extremely sketchy ngl. Did go from point a to point b but didn't really know where he was going. Has to redirect him constantly. Also was rude and impatient. He does have a really nice and clean car though and payment was simple. ?

My wife needed a ride to the Manhattan airport this morning in time for an 11 a.m. flight to Dallas. She had not planned to use a taxi, but at almost the last minute we found out she needed one. I got Van Livery on the phone around 7:30 a.m. and asked for her to be picked up at 9:30. The taxi arrived 10 min early and had her at the airport an hour before her departure time. We don't use taxis very often. We called a couple of other companies this morning without getting an answer. Van Livery answered the phone, accepted the booking, showed up on time and drove my wife to the airport as she wished for. Based on this experience, I won't hesitate to call Van Livery next time.

I had a flat tire and I called a taxi to pick up an air bubble from the tire shop. The Taxi driver was helping me air up my tire when the valve stem sheared off. The taxi driver let me borrow his temporary valve stem fix part that enabled us to air up the tire enough to drive the car 2 miles to the shop. The $20 taxi fee to pick up an air bubble ended up saving me a $100 tow fee!

Called to ask for a cab around 5AM. Someone answered but said they couldn't take me to another place in town. Their phone quality is also horrible as I could hardly understand anything the guy on the line was saying. Tried to schedule an hour in advance and it seemed like the driver just didn't want the business. Wouldn't consider them again.

For four people and a 4 minute car ride we were charged $25. We went from the corner of AJ's Pizzeria to the corner of 10th and Moro. Not worth it.
Edit: How close the taxi was is not something we can control. It was Fake Patty's day but we were neither drunk nor spoke loudly in the car. It was 10th and Moro as I know where I live and maybe it was 5 minutes. But even using google maps can tell you how far the distance is and how much time it would take from taking a car on the corner of AJ's on Point.
