Dr. Werner and his team are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I’ve always been nervous about the dentist even well into my adulthood.? The staff at this location made me feel so welcome and relaxed! Got my fillings redone and even my chipped front tooth that was filled when I was a kid and never matched the shade of my original tooth!! My confidence has skyrocketed and I truly feel like my smile is more… me.(:

We have had a very poor experience at this orthodontist. My son had to wait 3 months for an appointment. Meanwhile they collect $100 per month for services and there is a $500 ‘break contract fee’ for termination of services. We have had poor experiences with admin staff- billing mistakes with no apologies or explanations and unreturned phone calls. I would go somewhere else given what I know now about this establishment.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years. Dr. Peterson is so amazing!!! I've seen many dental hygienists over this time but today I met Jamie. Wow! She is extra amazing and so professional and comforting. I got a gum scaling and I requested it without any numbing agent and she made the whole process effortless and painless, always asking if I was okay. Again her name is Jamie and if you encounter her, rest assured you're in great hands. ?

I want to update my review. Today on February 28, 2023. I came back to this location and met Marissa, the dental hygienist that saw me before Dr. Peterson, she was amazing! I had a few issues and Marissa offered strong advice and everything I told Dr. Peterson Marissa said, he agreed with. I feel like I am getting extremely valuable care from knowledgeable people.

I will continue to update with each of my exceptional visits!

I know many people describe Comfort Dental as a "dentist in a box" as the business is very no frills, they don't give out items at the end of appointments (for adults at least, like toothbrush/toothpaste), their floor plan is maximized for treatment space (i.e- no enclosed private rooms for standard dental needs) just semi-private cubicle spaces but I have always had a wonderful & easy experience here at this location.

I had to have a veneer/crown hybrid from a previous private insurance dentist replaced & although Medicare/Medicaid required it to be a full crown the whole process was easy & the lab for color matching was onsite & right next door which made for an all in one trip. The lovely little dentist I typically see for cleanings is cheery & delightful (always has fun dental themed earrings & hair cover) & genuinely is interested in how I am. The support & hygienist staff is always warm & kind & I leave with clean teeth & a happy attitude.

Anyone on Medicare/ Medicaid or other typically limiting insurance plans will find this location choice to feel right at home!

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of dental care and service that I received at Comfort Dental. The staff, whether at the front desk, or the orthodontist and the techs, were all extremely competent and very friendly. You could tell that everyone at Comfort Dental greatly cares about the success and satisfaction of the treatment. I never had any problems or issues making my appointments, and I never experienced any pain while under care. The orthodontist and techs were always very gentle as well as communicative about the process, and were never rough on my mouth. The appointments also were very efficient, and I always felt at home while there. Not only is Comfort Dental responsible for ensuing a successful treatment, but the people under treatment must be cooperative as well and do what they are told to such as wearing rubber bands and not eating certain foods. If everyone does their part, you can be out of your braces as soon as possible. I was able to have mine taken off as soon as possible because I did my part as well. I am extremely thrilled with the results, and could not have wished for a more friendly, competent, and caring staff who allowed me to have a positive experience with braces! I highly recommend using comfort dental for yourself and/or your children.

I have been bringing my son here for years for routine check ups to having his braces, his treatment was estimated 2 years and he had them off a year later. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable from the front desk to the back staff they were always willing to work with you. They really took the time to know not only my son but us as a family. I would not take my son anywhere else. A special thanks to Abby she has worked so much with my son's treatment and got to know him personally made him comfortable with the work she was doing. There is nothing bad I can say about this place or staff I love it here!!!
