Wish I could give them no stars. I was 40 minutes late for my appointment and they denied me. Told me that it would have to be rescheduled. I told the guy , it’s ok, no problem, are you sure they won’t take me because I know for a fact that it takes them over 4 hours to unload a truck and me being close to an hour late, well I might get back there and get unloaded within 3 hours and set a record? He looked at me and said, turn around and leave. All dollar generals are basically the same…. They want you there early but it takes them forever to unload you. Stay away from them if possible. They suck. In fact what should happen is if you go there, they should only have 1 hour to unload you or the company should charge them for holding you up. Then they might get it done quicker. If Costco can get a whole truck unloaded in 30 minutes, then dg should be able too!

Had a really good experience my first time here. People at the guard shack were really helpful. The person i spoke to on the phone from the office was really nice and got unloaded within 2 hours. Didn't have to pay a lumper fee, so I have no opinion about that.

Easy delivery. Check in at guard shack, go to the assigned lot, scan QR code (they give you a sheet of paper with QR code) - fill out the online form, which includes your phone number. Walk over and place bills in the IN mailbox. They will call with a dock assignment and again when empty. Slide tandems, disconnect tractor, pull forward a few feet. Signed bills in the OUT mailbox.

Drivers, if you have hours to waste and you absolutely don't need any sleep, then this is the place for you to deliver. The time I spent here, I could have driven 500 hundred miles or partially completed a 10-hour break. Can't break on the property, and the truck stops down the street are full.

Came before appointment time..gau4ds gave good instructions as what to do to get paperwork to shipping office and park and wait for call to get a door..once in a door about 3 hours to get unloaded..no hassles ..open space for backing..do need to slide your tandems to the rear...easy exit out!!!

This place will really kill your clock. Expect to spend at least 4 plus hours to get unloaded and that's after you're already in a door and there will be a lumper fee which will take another 30 to 45 minutes to process My arrival time was 4:00 a.m. and my departure time 9:00 a.m.

all reviews are true. this place is full of lazy people. no restrooms no drivers allowed in building . took forever to unload. no overnight parking bcuz. they will not take you even one hour early for your appt.
