Siamo nel regno del settore petrolifero che per esigenze dell'augurata ripresa del business sta sfornando da queste parti strutture di ogni genere. ||L'albergo è nuovo, iz zona centrale, ma in The Woodlands - essendo contenuta nella sua estensione - è quasi tutto centrale. Lo spazio nelle suite è notevole. La colazione è buona, il servizio Wifi incluso nel prezzo. Rispetto alla concorrenza locale i prezzi sono competitivi.||Visto che si tratta di una struttura confezionata da poco, mi domandavo come mai il testo sulla targa in ascensore è gia sbiadito, come se fosse di seconda mano. Dettegli da poco.

Miss Adriana at the front desk was fabulous after I had such a rough day at work. I received a warm welcome, great customer service, and am more likely to return here than other places with less receptive hosts. The room was very neat and tidy. The shower was phenomenal.

I want to report unprofessional behavior that I experienced this morning in the breakfast area. I walked over to get my breakfast and usually enjoy interacting with the exceptional and warm staff. However, today, a new staff member , Sunshine, was standing at the ordering area. I greeted her with a "good morning," but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I noticed her poor attitude not only toward me but also toward other guests. Typically, the staff members move around the breakfast area and interact friendly with guests, but she stood there with a horrible facial expression, which affected the staff around her. Her attitude can be extremely damaging for the hotel. |I also saw Ms. Ann assisting guests and addressing their needs. Ms. Ann is a great asset to Hughes Landing Hotel. Her exceptional manners, politeness, and great hospitality in interacting with the guests and addressing their needs stand out and counterbalance any negative behavior from other staff.

Abdou was the kindest and most helpful valet worker I have ever seen and I travel a lot!! He was amazingly helpful going above and beyond with our bags and the door and he always remembered our names. Just wonderful!! He helped us quickly and efficiently every day we were there.

Hotel is gray but just wait until you hit the bar… Lisa was so great… I tried to add her on instagram and to be honest she’s closer than my best friends I’ve had for a lifetime… Lisa is a treasure that I will never anytime soon forget… she will titilate all your taste buds…

Very clean room and great service! Destiny went out of her way to help us as much as possible! Kids loved the hot chocolate in the lobby as well! Did like that parking was covered as well since it was raining when we first got there! Overall 10 out of 10 stay

This far best place we’ve stayed. We were impressed with the over all room and accessibility of the bar, restaurant and parking. We look forward to staying again at any Embassy Suites when we travel.
