I had a wonderful stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and they were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early without any hassle—such a thoughtful touch that made my trip much easier!

The room and property were both spotless, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and it made my stay that much more comfortable.

On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities offered. It’s hard to beat the value you get here. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, and well-maintained place to stay in Tampa!

This is a good hotel if you just need a nice place to spend the night. The staff is very helpful and was able to sort out a mix up with my hotel date. The rooms are nice and even come with a full mini kitchen with a stove top.

The hotel as a whole is very plain, no pool and nothing to do there besides a very small workout room of three treadmills and a room for laundry. Their breakfast was very disappointing with only bags of oatmeal, some sad muffins and granola bars, and basic coffee.

A solid hotel with nice rooms for cost but very plain.

Definitely one of the better experiences I've had with extended stay as a whole. The front desk girl, Ta'Nya was great. Even though it was pretty busy when I arrived, she got me up there and checked in right away. Give this girl a raise! I'll for sure be using this extended stay when I'm in the area for now on.

The room was clean and looked well put together. However, it heavily smelled of cleaning supplies the entire time I was there. Maybe they cleaned a lot before I arrived or it always smells like that, I’m not sure. Other than that, no issues with the hotel/room or stay. It was also reasonably priced compared to other hotels I looked at it, so If I come back to Tampa at some point, I might stay here again!

ONLY 5 STARS SO YALL WILL SEE. DO NOT BOOK at the Extended stay fairgrounds in Tampa. I was told 30 minutes before my arrival that my booking was cancelled due to them being overbooked. I booked my room well in advance. The woman was being rude and said there is basically nothing she can do nor accommodate me. I was traveling from TN and had no where else to stay and my money was budgeted for that particular hotel because I was going on a cruise the next day. I called customer service and they offered me a room at a different hotel where I was charged more plus a deposit on top of the rate. So $150 more than I would originally pay. It was terrible and scary. Everyone said there is nothing they could do nor could they match price or make things right due to the inconvenience !!!

We stayed at this location during a medical stay at Moffitt. It was clean and everything worked well in the room. I appreciated the little closet/luggage area in the corner of the room. Jackee at the front desk was very kind, polite, and professional in taking care of an issue with our reservation. She really helped us feel better and solved our problem after a long day. We appreciated the connection with ACS, and the breakfast area was well stocked.

Front desk young man Frankie was so exceptional with check made easy. Great smile. Not just with me but all that came in or passed by he gave a great big hello and his smile . If you look at reviews from recent don’t be discouraged it was a hurricane. I will be back. The service I received was above and beyond from front desk Frankie

I stayed here during hurricanes Helene and Milton. It was a tough time for everyone but FRANKIE’s constant smile and happy helpful attitude no matter how busy he was made a huge positive impact on me. Someone get this guy a raise! Thank you for everything Frankie!!
