Stopped here going north towards Orlando and it made for a great stop.

A clean, well maintained place with a great price, the shower pressure was wonderful, clean room with clean sheets and soft towels. The food was also solid in the hotel and a great number of choices for the free breakfast.

I was there for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day before getting to see my daughter the next day and a wonderful staff member helped me and wrapped all the gifts I had for my daughter and did so much better than I ever could have.

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service. Breakfast was above average and bed was very comfortable. There were some issues with internet service and TV, but I didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't a huge issue. Very spacious rooms and comfortable.

Excellent experience! Michelle at check in was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was spotless. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. It was super quiet on the 3rd floor, which I really liked. This hotel checked off all of my boxes. I didn't eat breakfast, but heard it was good. Highly recommend!

Positive: The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The fitness center was great! The hotel and room far exceeded expectations as the price was low. We stay in hotels often and this one fit all our needs for a family of 4. (11 & 9 year olds) Negative: The shower pressure wasn?t great and the pool was on the cooler side.

Very disappointed. We had just stayed at another Hyatt property in Nashville that was excellent so we had similar expectations for this hotel. Check-in was a joke. Staff member was inexperienced and could not communicate effectively. Garbage bins throughout the property were full / overflowing. Towel rack in the shower was covered in rust. The phone in the room did not work at all and the tv was problematic. Breakfast was a real gong show. No bowls were available so kids were using plates to have cereal. Spoons were very hard to come by so that further complicated matters. The selection and maintenance of the buffet was so bad it was actually funny. Just pretend there's no breakfast available and make other arrangements.

The room was clean and offered enough space for our family. Our kids enjoyed the sofa bed (they have never slept on one). The hotel was located in a great spot with plenty of stores and restaurants around.Our only main issue was the water pressure was very low.

This place is amazing and (to me) a hidden gem if your looking to get more bang for your buck.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and well maintained. AC is quiet, breakfast buffet is above average.
Make this place your home away from home should you happen to be in the area.

Amazing stay! We unexpectedly added an extra night at the beginning of our stay and showed up late at night, tired, with 2 little kids (1 and 4). Michelle was extraordinary at the front desk. We had to heat up some quick meals for the kids and she was helpful beyond what I'm sure her job description requires. If you have Littles, you know how tiring it can be to travel with everything. Michelle was an angel sent from heaven that night, for us. Aside from that, everything else was also great. I rarely leave reviews when things are great, so I'm definitely leaving a review because of Michelle's incredible customer service. I felt like she was our Auntie welcoming us and our kids into her home. Hotel is wonderful, room is spacious. Breakfast wasn't great in my opinion, but we went down close to 9am every morning so it was probably just sitting out for a few hours and kinda dried out by that point, so our fault. We also felt everything was very clean and quiet. Overall 5 stars!
