I had a drug test here today for a job, and due to reading the reviews for this location the night before i was so worried it would be the worst experience. The parking lot is ridiculously small, however the check in kiosk worked well and quickly, and i was followed up with promptly by a tech. The establishment was clean and the person who helped me was as nice as she needed to be for a fairly brief interaction. All in all, from when i showed up to when i was free to leave it was roughly 45 mins. Not the best or worst experience, but felt called to leave a review for those sweating bullets like i was. Not all experiences will be bad here.

Worst experience I have ever had with any company period. The receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I then drove to 4 other locations to receive the same treatment. Only thing I needed was to collect a urine sample for employment drug test. Don’t bother calling either because you will not get an answer. Highly recommended switching to Quest Diagnostics if you can. Quest is 100% better in every way I can possibly think of.

I have had blood work done here for several years in lieu of a more expensive visit to Skagit Health. The entire medical system is stressed for staffing, often causing friction and difficulty for all involved, but personally I have found Labcorp scheduling easy and the staff professional and highly skilled.

I drove 4 hours from a rural area for a fecal test, but they wouldn't let me use their bathroom. I had to drive around sick and in pain to find a gas station bathroom, couldn't, and ended up having to use the medical center next door. I got a little bit of poop on the vial, but couldn't wash it 100% off because the label was paper. They failed to inform me that I had to write the details with pen on the TINY vial, so they took the vial (with poop on it) out of the biohazard bag (with no gloves on) and handed it to me (with no gloves on, also in the waiting room,) to fill out the details, all before I had a chance to explain that it was IN A BIOHAZARD BAG FOR A REASON.

Anyways, now my sick person poop residue is on every keyboard and door handle in that place.

I had a scheduled pre-employment UA appt at the Bellingham location for Monday, 10/14, at 11:00am. I showed up, and a sign on the door said, "No drug testing at this location until further notice" The receptionist explained that the only person who could do the tests was sick and that I had to drive to Mt. Vernon if I wanted the test done. of course, it's required to start my job, so I drove to Mt. Vernon.

I arrived at the Mt. Vernon location at 1:15 to a full lobby. explained to the tech woman at the counter my situation that the Bellingham location was unavailable due to sickness, and she rudely snapped, "Nobody is sick, I'm the one who does the tests, and I can't be in both places at once." ok, well, i wasn't asking for a defense, but whatever. "About how long," I asked and was told probably an hour because there were many people ahead of me.

After an hour and a half -- by then, every single person ahead of me had gone, plus many who had come in after me -- I asked another front desk person if there was any chance I could get in soon, as I had been waiting for a long time and had to relieve myself soon. Well, the first tech woman appeared out of the blue and jumped in to scold me again telling me that there were other people in the lobby currently who also had to wait as well and they'll get to me in order. I pointed out that everyone here had come in after me as i had been sitting there for an hour and a half. the employee/tech lady then basically yelled at me and called me a liar.

I'll do whatever I can to avoid your business for any reason possible, and if I have any ability to influence any employer, I'll tell them to contract with Qwest because my experience with LabCorp was just unbelievably bad.

Thanks for wasting my day.

The staff were running their tails off… no receptionist, short staffed- get these techs some help and a hefty pay raise. They were kind and efficient, despite having only 2 staff doing the job of at least 4.

Staff is mostly friendly but service is slow and illogical. Showing up early for an appointment made someone in the waiting room need to reschedule...despite having an appointment. I went in for a walk-in and two others (also for walk ins) that arrived after me were allowed to go beforehand. No parking available.

I had the best experience here. I was in WA visiting when I got a job offer back in my home state. I was in and out within 20 minutes and the person who helped me, also named Shannon, was so nice and very thorough! Highly recommend this location.
