Nice drive in location but they will leave your car out, with wheels off, and not work on it for extended periods… wouldn’t recommend if want fast service, not very reliable or safe in my opinion. Other than that ok.

Tire tech was cool. Service by both the man and woman at the front desk was not enjoyable. Was not informed that the truck was finished and sat outside for almost an hour. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Didn't want to engage with the idiocy any further. Will definitely go to another Les Schwab for the other 2 tires.

First, they fixed my tire after i drove over a nail, for free.
Super easy to get to, comfortable place to wait. Good service.
I returned and bought tires. Good price.

I recently had a blowout on I5 for my horse trailer. It was at this location prior to the trip for an annual checkup. I understand that blowouts happen and called about an hour and a half before closing. I spoke to an employee who was very understanding and stated he would come to me but I needed to wait for the store to close first. I agreed to the quote he have and was willing to wait. I was impressed with the employee and when I called the next business day to pay my bill I was charged well over the quoted price. I asked to speak to the manager about the overcharge. The manager was the rudest person that I have ever dealt with. He told me letting my tires sit for two months after the rotation/bearing repack/check likely caused a flat spot and that I didn't have to call Les Schwab when I did. I was then told that I caused the employee to miss an event that he wanted to go to and that I inconvenienced both the store and the employee. At this point I calmly replied to the manager that I was sorry for using the store that I have been going to for 20 years and that my family has done business with for 40+ years. I was floored that someone in customer service could blame a customer for inconveniencing their services and then be upset because I was simply asking to pay what I was quoted. Ultimately I was only charged for my quoted price but I am floored that these statements were made blaming me for using a tire service and not agreeing with being charged more. I am sorry that the gentleman who helped me was inconvenienced as that was not my intent, he did a fantastic job in a crappy situation. Just thought others should know about the manager here and be advised to go to either a different location or company.

Said they could not fix my tire because it was to worn and quoted me $700 for 2 tires because they are odd ball tires. Took my car to burlington les schwab and they said my tires are fine and don't need replaced. This is a worthless business. Nothing but scammers. Take your business to burlington or sedro woolley les schwab so you don't get scammed

Thank you Tiffany and Robert and crew for all your help with my tires and rims. We had a little hiccup but nothing you can't fix. Your customer service and kindness goes a long ways. You went above and beyond customer service. I have been with Les Schwab since I was 18. I will pay the extra $1 just because of the customer service and the honesty. I am loyal to them as they have been to me all these years.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable of what we were looking for. Made our experience easy and efficient. My husband and I talked to David in regards to obtaining new rims and wheels for our new 2021 Chevy truck. Upon arrival, David had a spot already reserved for our truck (absolutely five star service). David walked us through the store showed us different options on tires and rims. David also explained to detail the cons and pros (we appreciate his honesty and professionalism). My husband and I made a decision on what we wanted within 20min, we singed a contract and left with new wheels and rims. Our truck looks gorgeous. I will most definitely recommend leschawb in mt Vernon our drive from Tacoma was definitely worth it..

Yep, always explains everything explicitly, even how long the wait is... and one mechanic learned how to put back all my truck's tools in my cab and how to lock my spare tire under the truck bed... sure it costs, yet it has to be done when ya get a flat.
