Don't EVER use Rommi Transport. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable transportation. The driver lies when he's late picking you up. My wife waited over 3 hours being told multiple times that the driver was only 30 minutes away. She was left alone in a dark place after hours waiting for More than 3 hours for her driver.

The driver was 45 minutes late picking me up for my appointment and the when he picked me up from parkland hospital in Dallas instead of paying attention he was picking at his legs and feet and cleaning his ears on the way wasn’t paying attention to the road kept swerving not a good company this happened twice

I WISH I COULD PUT MINUS 20 STARS. THIS IS THE WORST CAB I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10 AM HE SHOWED UP AT 12 PM. WE CALLED HIM 20 30 TIMES AND HAD NO ANSWER. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CAB

The transmission is going out in the van used to transport my medically fragile Kiddo. Driver talked on the phone. And they lied and said they were at my house when my ring says no one was there. Very unprofessional.

I have had several drivers from this company & the majority have had the worst communication & service, or worst of all NO SHOWS without any communication. I have had to call WMR or dispatcher to contact drivers. I have had ONE excellent driver who has outstanding communication skills. She is usually overwhelmed with rides/patients, but she is honest & communicates with her patients/riders. I understand traffic & circumstances can get difficult, but communication is key. Yezabelt is the ONLY Rommi driver who has provided honesty & information as should be. She is normally on time or early for initial pick-ups. If she is running late for return pick-ups, she gives ample notification & if she feels she will arrive with an excessive amount of delay, she will be forward & honest with you. No run arounds with her.
Today alone, I had to reschedule my daughter's annual check-up for the 3rd time, because of No Shows/No notification from the drivers assigned to us via Rommi.
I can't say much for the Rommi communication training, but I can say they have at least one excellent driver who does a great job. Rommi Transport gets 2 stars only because I can't give them the 5 stars that Yezabelt deserves. Gracias Yezabelt T.!!!

I watched a driver today come in to the valet line at UTSW at a much too high rate of speed for that location. She hit a dividing (Plastic) pole and completely ran it over. There were numerous patients standing in that area and she showed NO regard for their safety. She just got out and said “oops sorry”. Completely unprofessional. She should be fired! She almost hit my car that was being pulled around and then was following me out of the parking lot and drifting from lane to lane while looking at her phone. If this is how she drives when she’s around people, how is she on the highway or in a neighborhood?

This company which is probably the owner is in a very stressed state. He does not need to be picking up seniors. If you're using them you're doing it at your own risk. He is rude and I will contact Medicare to see if we can get them into another business. This is not the type of business they need to be in if you have love ones that you care for you don't want these people to pick them up.

I would not recommend Rommi Transport. I don't know why this company is still picking up clients the driver is not professional always on his phone and will not follow instructions always has a really bad attitude as if we're an inconvenience to him or his time.
