ciao sono stato con la famiglia aprile 2015 in generale si tratta di un buon hotel siamo rimasti qualche giorno giusto per visitare Miami per chi credo personalmente debba utilizzarlo per questo scopo mi sento di consigliarlo ma do delle indicazioni con voti circa i servizi se ciò potrà servire ....punto strategico aeroporto autostrade città voto 9||posto auto voto 8 accoglienza personale se pur solo qualcuno parla italiano ma quando si va in questi posti un minimo bisogna parlare inglese voto 7 ambienti sono ok voto 8 camere grandi e pulite ok voto 8 colazione buona qualità e quantità ..voto 8 allora bisogna solo partire così da provare come nel mio caso un piacevole ricordo

We stayed here for good number of days so hence writing my honest review. 3.5 stars out of 5,It's only my experience. They are remodeling so it's not quiet plus the lift is so very slow. We went to have breakfast 15 mins before the closing time and even on weekdays there was no bread. I asked for bread because as vegetarian my only options are bread, bagels n fruits but I was told that's all they have and I wasn't even given 2 slice of bread after that we just got our own breakfast. Mind you this is before the breakfast time is over. Staff needs more training in customer service. Front desk ladies didn't even smile once during our entire stay but the guy who checked us out was decent.
Room layout is not great either TV is on one side of the bed so I couldn't watch TV lying on bed.
I would also mention good points: They have in-house free laundry you should just get your soap. Heard pool is good but never used it. Will I stay here again may be because of location n kitchen option only . Wish they take these feedbacks and improve.3.5 stars out of 5.Wish you all the best.

On the fourth floor, there were air dryers going the humidity was disgusting woke mold nose. The food ran out for breakfast by 8:15 The coffee pot in my suite didn't work there was a dog barking down the hall the entire night ... bath sink water never got hot. The lotion in the bathroom was already used Front desk was the only good part and the bed was comfortable. Room clean.

Great location for hitting the area hot spots. Asked 4 times for bed linens. They never came despite writing my room number down each time. Room was pretty clean as well as the common areas. Beds were old and not comfortable especially without sheets. Good luck getting a towel as well. Pretty rough.

Such an unexpected surprise!!! We didn't pay much so we weren't expecting much and ended up being very happy here. We got a good deal with Amtrak so we needed an inexpensive place to stay 2 nights before our Holland America cruise. There's 5 of us so booking double bed rooms is always tricky. Our room had a kitchenette (full fridge, stove, cups, plates, bowls, utensils!!) very spacious living room area plus TV in both the living room and bedroom. The first night we were feeling a little brave after the long train ride so instead of going to the nearby restaurants, we walked about half a mile to a Mexican restaurant Ole Ole which was delicious. Target and Aldi located at that mini mall area also. The next day we Uber to Sawgrass Mills then another Uber to the Fort Lauderdale beach. The pricing on this hotel is excellent I believe because it's a little farther out from Fort Lauderdale but still very worth it. It's not in the middle of the city so it's more quiet around Plantation and very peaceful. If we can't find a good priced hotel like this one closer to the cruise port next time, we definitely plan to stay here again. I am sending big shoutouts to some excellent workers that made our experience at this hotel more enjoyable: Rochelle, the night time front desk check-in lady was very helpful, attentive and accommodating. She had glitter eyeshadow and beautifully decorated long nails, my daughters loved her. Tasha and Antonia, the daytime front desk check ladies were both very friendly and sweet. Another huge shout out to Shanti the food breakfast lady, your free breakfast setup was superb, thank you!!! Oh and free laundry, did I mention that?! Awesome!!! I was up late doing laundry and I didn't catch the nighttime cleaning guy's name but he said he was from the Bahamas and he was hard at work keeping the place clean for the next day. Definitely recommend this hotel for any families looking for a good peaceful hotel stay before your cruise. Thanks again to the whole staff here!!! ❤️

I stayed here for about 2 weeks while my apartment was being repaired from a roof leak. The elevators stopped working on 4 separate occasions. I had to carry my stroller and newborn up to the 3rd floor in the stairwell with no help or accommodation several times. It was a nightmare. The front desk was rude and unfriendly. Staff did not provide additional sheets or blankets. I do not recommend.

I reserved this hotel for the convenient location it has near the university that my daughter was admitted.

The hot breakfast is good, and the coffee is excellent. They have issues with the pancake service. Most of the time, the machine is out of order.

The rooms have a good size, but they need updates. Something to think for the hotel owners.
