I went in on a Thursday at 1 I was helped by Stacie. At first she made me feel disgusting because she was like oh put that back in the bag and let me get you a plastic bag for that but she ended up being pretty cool I can get not waiting critters crawling around the store even though there was nothing on my equipment.

I am a fairly patient person, waiting for an hour plus is expected at this location. What I have no patience for is when an employee by the name of Stephanie treats the elderly with such disrespect and lack of compassion. I watched an elderly gentleman struggle with his walker to get from the door to the counter. He was asking Stephanie where he goes to check in for an online reservation. She rudely cuts him off and told him to walk back up to the front of the store and sign in with their kiosk. He was telling her he had already made an online reservation, so his name was already in the queue. Why make him walk all the way back to the front of the store? As he struggles, he turns around and painfully makes his way to the kiosk. Just as he is starting to read the screen, Stephanie calls the gentleman's name for the online reservation. This was sick, and that employee needs sensitivity training or needs to be terminated.

Whoever staffs this place needs to be fired 2 employees on a Sunday with 15 people waiting , when the average transaction can take more than 30 minutes . Definitely need to rethink your staffing.

Horrible Service. The employees chit-chat amongst themselves and they ignore the customers. They take sooooo long with customers. You can easily be there for 2 hrs for just a device return. Save yourself time and don't go there.

Worst place to go employees are very slow and they take there time to get to the customers, they have a good chat among themselves before attending the next customer and are very rude and the more they see it gets packed they take more time and a very long wait time just to return modems. Strongly recommend to go somewhere else or make sure you have enough time to waist here

I was having an issue with getting equipment installed in my home. I went in and spoke to a gentleman right now I cannot remember his name. He was super helpful took the item I did not need and did not think I ordered and removed it from my account. My TV hookup was completed the next day error free. I highly recommend going into a local Spectrum store when you have issues with TV items. They will help you.

Spectrum came out and buried their lines on my property. In the process, they hit my sewer line caused my basement to flood, causing $15,000 in damages (that insurance does not cover).

I filed and claim and they denied it because "there's no proof they hit my line." They are trying to blame Frontier, who was out there digging FORTY FIVE DAYS BEFORE SPECTRUM. Makes a lot of sense right?

Well Spectrum, it worked the day before you were there, and when you were done with the work, it flooded my basement. Do your best to avoid this company

This place is just disgusting. When I say that, I don't mean the view or presentation. I'm talking about the manner in which these "thirsty" employees are trained to do anything just to get a sale. Now I went in there today and was looking to simply get some extenders for our home internet. And a sim card for transferring over my phone service to spectrum. Yet I was greeted by a woman who I believe was named Stacy. Anyways all she did was try and upsell from the start. Asking why I don't get cable through them and what we do for entertainment in our home. When I was clearly there for a small purpose. Now I was patient through her bs and she continued to try and sell. Well she finally admitted that she couldn't assist me "unless" I canceled my already placed order from spectrum and went through her! She not only did that but advised I get (2) seperate internets for my 5 bedroom 1 story home. I'm sorry but that wasn't my expectations and unfortunately all she cared about was making another sale. She even inquired and seemed amazed at how I was supposedly getting internet for so "cheap".. she was trying to charge me more for the 1 gig I already have smh. Needless to say I walked out!! Having to wait until this Wednesday to recieve my sim for my mobile phone and placing a seperate order for the "pod" extenders which will arrive later this week as well. People should save their time and money and go elsewhere. This place was unprofessional as her supervisor stood by her side and let this all take place!
