I would like to shout out the young man behind the counter, Christian, and the manager, Mike, for being exceptional customer service individuals. I walked into the location with a problem that was not their responsibility to solve (a failure of the overall company, not this store) and they managed to not only figure out a solution but provide an even better one than I expected. My frustration with the scenario was palpable but they remained focused on getting answers and I left incredibly satisfied with the resolution. Thank you to these two kind gentlemen for giving me faith in Spectrum again.

Absolutely terrible experience at this store location. I had a reservation for 12:20 and used the online check in tool to check in at 12:15. I received a text at 12:17 that my number was up and it was my turn. I walked in the store and was then told that I missed my reservation because they called my name twice. I asked the associate when he called my name and he said 10-20 seconds ago. I was forced to check in again as a walk in and was placed on the line behind 8 ppl. I refused and left the store. This experience has me questioning my service provider and loyalty. Unacceptable.

When I walked in, there was hardly anyone else there. One employee told me to use the kiosk and another employee just said she would take care of it. I didn't know who to listen to. The employees there were pushy and rude. I thought it was because of my race. I left the place feeling really bad. I don't think Spectrum trains their employees. If their behavior continues like this, Spectrum is doomed.

I popped in on Black Friday to fix an issue with my account. My name was misspelled and I tried to call care but they told me to go to a location with my ID so that was my reason for being there. I arrived there and I was told to sign in via the kiosk if I didn't have an appointment. There were maybe 7 to 8 people ahead of me but it took about 50 minutes to get to me. There were only two staff members and they were fielding a variety of issues. Some customers came in to pay their bill and they saw the payment kiosk and took care of that issue fairly quickly. There were two particular customers who took may 20-30 minutes each and ended up backing up the entire line. One customer had a locked phone and he became upset because the Spectrum team member couldn't unlock it. He was advised to go to the store where he purchased the phone. Another customer came in because he moved and cancelled service, and he was still being billed for service. He had a receipt showing that he returned his modem and he tried to resolve it by calling customer care but they directed him to the store. The staff member as the store was confused as he stated that customer care should have handled the issue and that they weren't equipped to deal with that issue at the store. The staff member called customer care with the customer next to him and eventually it was resolved. Overall, the staff appeared to serve the customers well on issues that they were empowered to handle. Unfortunately, some customers see a staff member and vent their frustration as any Spectrum employee. To say the truth, I was surprised at how many customer service issues were being handled at the Spectrum store. When I have been at ATT or Tmobile stores, the emphasis is on selling not handling customer care issues. My issue was handled quickly once I got to the head of the line. One request for management is to set expectations regarding the wait time. I get that it can take time to talk to someone but the current system does work too well. I got a text message saying "Your turn is coming up soon. Please return to the Spectrum store" at 10:36. My turn at the front of the line was at 11:20. If I knew that I had that much time I would have gone next door to Target and did some shopping as well as stopped by Starbucks.

Bad customer service overall. I find it funny they use humans who behave like a chat bod might as well close the store and only offer online service. Young service rep just not looking to work too bad, other ones seemed helpful

Mind you I've been to this store 3 times in a year and a half of having spectrum wifi and everytime I show up it's the absolute worst experience. If you wanna waste 45 minutes of your day waiting in line while the workers do nothing but stare at their computer screens and take as long as possible to help the customer they are with then go to this store. Because that's def the experience you're gonna get. I'm 3/3 waiting 30+ min no matter if it's 3 people or 30 ppl on the list.

Today there was 3 people ahead of me and would you believe it, with 4 workers and 1 manager, I still couldn't be seen in under 30 minutes. I just wanted to ask a question on how to cancel my wifi because I am moving. Yes I called, wait was over an hour for calls and I Couldn't even get an answer from their awful AI chat bot, it's about as useful as hair gel for a bald man. So I'll now make an appointment to ask a question that should take less then 60 seconds to answer

We waited in line for 40 minutes or even more, more than half of the employees are not in working place.

Spectrum is a scam. Customer service representatives are trained to scam customers. They kept charging me subscription after I cancelled services when the representatives told me that I wouldn’t be charged again. They also charged me an activation fee without informing me during the call. Now they refuse to help fix this problem and say it’s my responsibility to deal with it. I would never use spectrum service again.
