I’m informing Marriott about my experience here. Staff is friendly if you look a certain way or if they realize your “status.” I’ve stayed here multiple times and only the Black woman that works late nights has been consistently great. I had a TERRIBLE experience yesterday that led to me checking out if my room less than 8 hours later. I’m Titanium Elite. I didn’t even spend the night! For some reason, they didn’t process my checkout until the next day…probably because I told the older Asian woman I was going to call Marriott after she phoned my room “demanding” that I come down to pay for drinks I received. This is AFTER I already gave my card for incidentals when I checked in and there was a pending hold…Yet the front desk young lady asked me to come back down because she couldn’t charge me for the drink. I came down and waited over 5 minutes while no one was there. It’s likely she was in the back doing whatever because that’s where she was when I came down the previous TWO times. Since no one was there I left a note (with my name, room number, date and time) saying I came down and I was going to come down and waited and I would come down later. I listed the drinks I hadn’t been charged for and asked not to be called since I was taking a nap. The older Asian lady calls and WAKES ME UP demanding I come down to pay. When I asked if she expected me to come down right now she reiterated YES, even though she had my note saying when I would return and that I would be taking a nap. The way she spoke to me was not the way you should speak to any human being. I told her I would come down, will contact Marriott, and she can expect me to checkout today as well…She called my room back 2 minutes later (clearly after looking up my status) and began begging me to forgive her. I told her that I clearly could have walked off with any drinks I wanted because NO ONE was ever at the front desk, but I CHOSE to do the right thing and leave them a note listing what I owe. I’ve interacted with her at a previous stay and she treated me terribly until she realized my status then as well. I still don’t understand how they “don’t have my incidental card” but they were able to put a hold on the same card when I checked in. I lost points on this stay and didn’t even spend the night. I will never return here and plan on sharing my experience with Marriott.

Staying at SpringHill Suites Houston Westchase was a great experience! The suites were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room to relax or get work done. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day. The location was ideal—close to shopping, dining, and easy access to the main roads. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in Houston!

Really a solid place that is affordable for business travel. I like the breakfast was a bit more elevated/healthy with oat milk, oat meal and hard boiled eggs (cage free) as a breakfast option compared to say a Best Western. Villa checked me out and was very friendly and helpful. I felt rested for my meetings and enjoyed the calm and business like atmosphere of hotel.

So I came here Dec 26 lady checked me in my debit was charged after that they kept trying to charge my card. The next day they lock my door with my stuff in but I showed my bank account stating I paid. Next morning this Asian woman and Mexican woman was saying I didn’t pay but I did till I saw the paper and it says process. Never will I stay at this location again especially having a toddler and coming back at night with my doors lock I should have got a refund or half price back!

Would not stay here again. Don’t recommend this location. Noisy all night, above, beside, in hallway. Room stinky. You can hear people next door talking. Front desk banged in my door at 11pm because she said they called but I didn’t answer phone? Wd never stay here again. Diddnt feel safe or clean at all.
