The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed here the day before our cruise.

We had a king-size trundle/day bed. For our family of four. The room was roomy enough and well laid out. It was not without its issues like the bathroom lock didn't work and the sink panel was loose. However, we are all family, so there is no big deal about the lock, and a loose panel didn't pose any issues with function. Oh, we also didn't have any facial tissue in the room, though I'm certain the friendly staff would have remedied that.

The breakfast was upscale continental, though not a full buffet. It certainly satisfied my children with waffles, cereal, and yogurt. I had a nice quiche and bacon. They also had an oatmeal bar. So, maybe really upscale continental.

This is a nice 3-star hotel and I highly recommend this place, especially for a night before your cruise solution.

We stayed here the night before a cruise out of Galveston in December 2024. The hotel is relatively new so the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is welcoming and considerate. The breakfast is pretty standard , nothing too special but it gets the job done. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good , reliable place to lay your head for a few hours before heading to your next destination.

I am leaving this review for the staff. Room 320 has a stopped up sink with a slow drain. This is the only reason for the 4 but to the rest of the readers, if you absolutely love a soft mattress, this hotel is perfect for you. I did not sleep well at all. Investing in a medium firm mattress would be nice. Other than that, the complimentary breakfast was good and the staff responds to in app services fairly quick.

Newish hotel (Dec 2024 review) with very clean rooms and modern furnishings. I can smell the bleach, when I walk into the room. 🙂 Bedding is medium soft and comfortable. Air Conditioner is powerful. I received a snacks bag for being a Bonvoy member! Staff are friendly and keep the lobby/breakfast area very clean. I will definitely stay there again, if revisiting the area. Also, a shopping outlet and Bucees are within walking distance. Galveston or the Space Center are short drives away.

This hotel is great!!! Super clean and modern. The front desk staff was very friendly. “Mama D” made sure we had everything we needed. The amenities were nice, pumps of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. They also have toothbrush, toothpaste and a few other toiletries available so you don’t have to pack all yours. We only stayed for one night but if I’m ever in the area again we will come back. It’s right across the street from Tanger Outlets. Offers a free breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and would be great for an extended stay. Great Hotel!!!

The location of this hotel is TOP TIER. It is within walking distance of the outlet mall and Bucees. We stayed here before our cruise out of Galveston and it was an easy drive in. Excellent staff, very clean, breakfast was busy but handled smoothly. Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had in a while!

If I could give a zero. I would. I reserved A room, because we were having a Christmas party a blocked down the road. When I made the reservation, I told her it would be a late check-in. She told me there was a three day cancellation. I told her I understood. When we got to the hotel around 10 o’clock at night, I was told that my room was given away. Then it is just a reservation, but is first come first serve. They had a different room that did not have two beds which is what I requested. I canceled and drove home. When you make a reservation and are told that you cannot cancel it. You will be charged. Then you shouldn’t be able to give it away either. Another buyer beware

I Love coming here before my cruise! The front desk is always welcoming and always remind me with a goodie bag for every trip! The breakfast buffet is nice I only have oatmeal and fruit. I save my appetite for the ship! I love the body washes so much that I want to order some for my home. Thank you!!!
