I recently visited the post office and had a mixed but overall positive experience. The line to pick up mail was quite long, but the staff was efficient in processing everyone, so it moved along at a decent pace. The line for shipping packages was much shorter, but I wasn’t initially directed there. Thankfully, a kind patron noticed and helped me by pointing me to the correct line, which made the process quicker. One thing I did notice was that they no longer provide extra tape to help seal packages, which was a bit of a disappointment, especially after walking four miles to get there. However, the staff was still friendly and helpful, and the overall visit was smooth despite a few minor inconveniences. I appreciate their service.

The kiosk is supposed to be available 24/7 for a convenient self-help option. Which is convenient when the post office is closed or to simply avoid an extremely long line to counter. I've encountered an ongoing problem where the machine for the QR codes option is not working. This happens after AND when the post office is open and when it's closed. When I ask a clerk on when it may become available, I always get the same response "idk!". Could they ask someone that MAY be able to provide more information?! Like, "It's down over the weekend. It'll be back up in a few hours. There's been several time that over the weekend (including when they are open on Saturday) that I've had to ship orders several times, and the machine is down for DAYS! I even asked an USPS employee that was standing by the entrance to "help" customers if all the self-help machines were down at all locations and he shrugged me off and said "I don't really know about that". Once again, isn't it a normal protocol to find SOMEONE else that could possibly know!! UGH. Very frustrated. UPSP.....Do Better!

Workers have absolutely no urgency. Line was 40 deep for non-cash transactions. Looks like a lot of people were having issues with their mail like I was. Just trying to get my mail and had to burn 2 hours of my day.

The staff shares a total of 5 brain cells. They have 0 clue how their own mail process works. The back of house must be disorganized given picking up mail takes 2 hours. Took 4 months to get our mail key after moving here. They need training or a whole new staff. Preferably the latter.

Incredibly awful customer support, majority of the staff is rude and dismissive and there is zero hustle in the customer pick up line and routinely only staffed with one person. To the point where one staff member said that’s how it is to me with complete dismissevenes.

Our community mail box was broken into two months ago and despite numerous members of the community complaining- still not fixed - nor a solution to assist from the post office. The post office does nothing to make it easier to get our Mail, this is the third time I’ve had to wait over two hours to pick up my mail. And they have one woman who works the line.

Each times package that have said delivered they’re missing

When I ask for a supervisor every time the story is different on what’s going on - there is no attempt to bring us our packages or mail in a different way either

I believe one of my packages was lost. Every time I come in for help there’s at least 40-50 people in line. I can’t afford to wait 2 hours out of my day to talk to some one. I check multiple times a day too. Please hire more staff, this is a real issue.
Update, the post office put my package in a parcel locker and gave the key to someone else. My package was stolen due to their incompetence. Filing a police report.

Dennis and his team provided personal, thorough assistance once I was up to the counter. I am appreciative of their hours and of the workers who come to work each day. This is a busy post office and I think it could use some more help as there is usually a line; but, once you get to your turn you get great service. Thanks for being there for us! Grateful repeat community patron.

Mail pick up process is horrible. This is my second time moving and needing to pick up mail before my keys are made. The process is even slower than the first time. Plan on spending a few hours here. Keys will take much longer than they say. Mail won't be held like it's supposed to. You'll have to tell them again.
