In welchen Jahrhundert bewegt sich dieses Unternehmen?
Ich habe gerade, nach 12 Tagen!!, via Snail-Mail einen Brief erhalten, dass meine Karte vorsorglich gesperrt wurde, aber meine Ersatzkarte auf dem Weg sei. Warum geht, parallel zur Sperrung, nicht eine SMS, eine Mail oder Telefonanruf raus, um den Cardholder zu warnen, seine Karte nicht mehr einzusetzen? Ich war mit der Familie in einem Restaurant und es war sehr peinlich, vom Kellner zu hören, dass mein Limit wahrscheinlich überzogen sei.

27/05: Poor customer experience. They blocked my credit card and I am unable to get in touch for clarification.
Update 28/05: I was being contacted here on google reviews and asked to send an e-mail to their cs, but I still haven't gotten any reply. Update 29/05: I reach their cs via telephone, the issue could be solved.

Ich finde den Service grundsätzlich gut, der die Zahlungsaktivitäten über die Kreditkarte überwacht, aber die Erreichbarkeit ist leider unterirdisch. Ich versuche seit drei Tagen jemanden zu erreichen. Hier sollte sich die Comdirect Bank mal Gedanken machen, ob das das Aushängeschild für seine Kunden bei Problemen sein sollte.

Wahnsinn, Karten (!) gesperrt als ich auf Reisen war. Info kam nur per Briefpost an meine deutsche Adresse. Per Call Center tagelang nicht erreichbar, aber über einen anderen Weg kann man seine Karte nicht entsperren! Ich werde nun meine Bank wechseln und eine Bank suchen, die nicht mit Worldline zusammenarbeitet. Absolute Katastrophe.

Mastercard gesperrt, ohne Information aus welchem Grund!
Nach 3 Tagen kam ein Brief von Worldline. Um den Grund zu erfragen habe ich fast 8 Stunden (auf zwei Tage verteilt) in einer Warteschleife verbracht.
8 Stunden - Frechheit!!
Als dann endlich jemand das Gespräch angenommen hat war es eine der arrogantesten und unverschämtesten Personen die ich je am Telefon hatte.
Dieses Unternehmen ist eine Servicewüste!!

TWO UPDATES AT THE BOTTOM SINCE WORLDLINE REPLIED.
It doesn't get more unprofessional than this. You blocked my VISA card linked to Comdirect Bank for a legitimate payment of less than €100. And then I get a letter signed by Gabriela Lorenzen telling me they have good news and bad news for me. The bad news is that my credit card has been blocked. But, Ms. Lorenzen, let me give you the really bad news. Your unprofessional "service" includes not telling me that you blocked my card. So I'm standing at a gas station with no cash, trying to pay, but obviously I am unable to pay.

My 20 year experience with Comdirect Bank has hit rock bottom and part of the reason for the dramatic decline in service is because the bank partners with companies like yours. I have bank accounts in several countries, but Germany is the worst. And the fact that you have a fax number and no email address on your website is further proof that Germany is falling apart in a world that is developing faster than Germans can cope with.

So I am reading your response. And it is obvious that you are not getting the point. YOU DO NOT BLOCK CARDS "PER SE". YOU BLOCK A TRANSACTION AND THEN NOTIFY THE CARDHOLDER. THAT'S HOW AMEX AND OTHER CARDS I USE HANDLE POSSIBLE FRAUD.

SECOND UPDATE: NOW THEY ARE SENDING ME THE SECOND NEW CREDIT CARD, TELLING ME THAT THE OTHER ONE GOT LOST. BUT I RECEIVED IT 2 WEEKS AGO. (FASCINATING!)
