If you have a reservation to stay here in the future, CANCEL IT NOW! This place was awful. We made a reservation for a suite with connecting rooms but when we checked in, we were told they were all gone. The heater in our room did not work and it was freezing. Front desk did not seem concerned as i heard others complaining as well. Some lights were out in our room and our fridge did not work either. The pool did not have enough lights in the area where the children played which is very dangerous. The water was also cloudy which was concerning. Made my kid get out. There was a "fire" late one night and you couldn't understand the intercom system so not sure what was really going on but the hotel employees didn't seem to care if you got out or not. The front desk employees were less than helpful and didn't know the answers to most of my questions and didn't seem concerned to find out.

I never write a review but this place needs one.

First off...you walk in...feels great, looks great, front desk staff is friendly. Check in. Get to elevator...get off on your floor and you step into another reality. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days, crown molding at bottom was pulled off looking like a remodel was happening? But no mention of this at all. Get to our room and it smells like MOLD. Our phone is completely unhooked and we have to put it back together sorta(cause it’s broken) and they hadn’t cleaned behind night stand in awhile. We finally got phone working and called in Room Service...while we are getting use to mold smell. The food from room service was awesome and affordable.

Pool. We get my 4 year old sons wristband on because they require all kids to wear one. We get to the pool and it looks overcrowded and teens everywhere....and only a couple of kids had wristbands. The place was a free for all. So we booked to bring my son here when we could have just brought him in to play. The teens were not observant of the children and one of them pushed my son down the slide then he never went back on that slide.

Meanwhile, my mom went back upstairs to take a bath to discover it was broken too and had to call maintenance.

The next morning we went back to the pool and it was better with more children wearing bands. Then the same crew of older kids came walking back in with one lady and about 15 kids with no wristbands and she sat down while they got in the pool and took over...splashing and rough playing.
Nobody is watching this area to make sure the rules are being followed.

Ice. No ice machines on any floor where working. Nor were we told this. Ours said go to other floors and that adventure turned into...go to Bar to get ice.

The beds are really comfy and it’s not noisy but the place was not worth the amount we paid.

I hope they improve their quality in the future because it looks like it has potential but going through a not so great phase.

The room was nice; comfortable bed, the indoor pool was great for my 6 year old she loved the slides! The biggest downside to the hotel was the customer service from the front desk. They were not overly helpful. They would do want you want, but sometimes it seemed like a burden to them. For example they were out of pool towels, and when I went to inquire about it they said they were all being washed and should be done soon without offering regular towels or anything. An hour later we were ready to leave the pool but still didn't have any pool towels.

Hotel is aging and beginning to need updating which they may be doing as the floors are now laminate instead of carpeted. The room was very hot but they quickly switched our room and had maintenance there before we left. The room could have been cleaner but was not the worst I've seen. Water park was fun for the kids!

This hotel is disgusting. We selected it because of the “water park” which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The pool area was so dirty and the slide and equipment were all chipped and very unsafe for kids. Also, nothing worked- the fountains, tree, hot tub, etc. None of the toilets worked in the pool area. The service in the restaurant was horrible- we had to find the waitress to order food. Then, in our room there was used soap left on the soap dish, towels covered with hair, and stains on the bed sheets. Then, in the morning, we went into the club room for breakfast to find a granola bar. We booked the club level because it said full breakfast in club room. Called down to the front desk and they simply said they must have pulled the food early. We were there at 8:15, was open until 9.

I read a lot of 50/50 reviews about this place. The rooms are very clean and very nice, the ice machines do work contrary to the other reviews on here. I think they are in the middle of a remodel on some of the floors, all of the elevators were working. The beds are very comfortable and everything was in working order, the bathrooms were clean, my only complaint was that the indoor pool had way too much chlorine in it which irritated my 8 month olds skin. Everything else was great and clean!

MUST READ:

The indoor pool/water park was the main reason why I booked a room here but we are beyond disappointed, this is the worse hotel that we’ve tried. Pictures from their website are far from reality. Front desk personnel were not courteous at all. We stayed for 4 days and since day 1, pool looked dirty and stinky, smells like pee so we didn’t even bother to try it. Going to our room was a disaster, elevators are super slow, one isn’t working. Most of the trims in the hallway are gone, at first I thought that they’re just doing some renovations or improvement but the whole time that we were there, I didn’t see anybody working on it. Our room was worse than a disaster, good thing the weather was cold otherwise we’ll be cooked alive there coz the AC don’t work. The whole time that we were there, we called room service to have our room
Cleaned but nobody care, never cleaned. Not even sure if our bed sheet was clean when we got there because it has yellow stain as you can see in the picture. Glad we brought blankets. Toilet and sink were so bad, we had to flush the toilet 3-4 times and sink was clogged. Last night of our stay, was looking for a manager because even a clean towel they can’t provide us. Picture shows and will definitely make time to send this to their corporate.

Booked this room to get out of town and celebrate my sons birthday. First of all I wait over an hour for a roll away bed and I had requested on my reservation and was told it would already be in the room. I had to call the front desk 4 times to finally get it. The bed in the room was horrible. I would have been better off sleeping in the floor and that's club level rooms. The pool area was dirty and no towels were out. Also the heater in our room stopped working in the middle of the night. I called and talked to the manager which he assured me someone would be contacting me about my terrible stay and nobody did. I will never stay here and again and I'm going to say don't waste your money!!
