I have been using a unit at Extra Space Storage for the past six months, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. One of the great conveniences is the availability of carts, which made moving items in and out much easier.

During my time here, I encountered no issues whatsoever. On one occasion, I forgot the combination to my lock, and the staff responded promptly and professionally. They replaced the lock quickly and efficiently, and while I did have to pay for the new lock, they cut the old one free of charge, which was much appreciated.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Extra Space Storage. It’s a great facility with excellent customer service, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable storage solutions.

I had a great experience booking a unit with Nita! She was very kind and explained the process thoroughly and gave us a tour of the space. She was also sure to give us a tutorial on how to ensure secure closure of the unit. She gave us great tips to get a really amazing deal. The facility seems very clean and well maintained.

Absolutely the best storage unit I have ever encountered. The staff is so friendly. Everything is always clean. They have plenty of carts available for use. I had to change storage units twice. I went from a bigger one to a smaller one and then again to a size each time they made it super easy and I got amazing deals along the way. Highly recommend Mia and her staff are amazing.!!!

Very easy to book online. The office manager Nita was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I don't think I've seen such great service at a storage facility. Clean facility.
